Eat small portions
Many of us will eat small portions throughout the day and then eat a large meal for dinner. This is not a good thing to do. What you want to do is the opposite. You want to have a large breakfast and then eat smaller meals throughout the day ending with a small meal at dinner. The reasoning behind this is that you will be able to burn off the calories throughout the day and at night the food will fail to digest and turn to fat.
Drink a lot of water
It is important that you drink a lot of water. Many doctors will tell you because you want to stay hydrated. The other reason is that it will help expel waste from your bodies. When waste builds up we tend to be more perceptible to sickness and disease.
